This draft summarizes how Droplove App LLC expects to handle personal information during private alpha and release preparation. It should be reviewed before public app store submission.

Information we collect

DropLove may collect account details, profile information, support messages, payment-related metadata, device/app diagnostics, notification preferences, and usage events needed to operate the app.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. DropLove does not intend to store full card numbers on its own servers. Stripe may collect payment, identity, fraud-prevention, and payout information according to its own terms and policies.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, route fans to DJs, process tips, support payouts, prevent abuse, provide support, send transactional messages, improve reliability, and prepare analytics for product operations.

Service providers

DropLove may use Firebase/Google Cloud for app infrastructure, Stripe for payments and payouts, Resend for transactional email, and analytics/crash-reporting tools for reliability and product measurement.
