These draft terms describe expected use of DropLove during private alpha and release preparation. They should be reviewed before public app store submission.

Service overview

DropLove helps fans discover and support DJs through profiles, links, QR codes, secure tipping, confirmations, and related support workflows.

Payments and payouts

Tips and related payments are processed through Stripe. DJ payouts may require Stripe onboarding, eligibility checks, identity verification, and compliance review. Fees, refunds, disputes, and payout timing may vary based on Stripe, bank, and platform requirements.

User conduct

Users may not use DropLove for fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful activity, abusive messages, or attempts to bypass payment, identity, payout, or moderation controls.

Private alpha

During private alpha, access may be limited, features may change, and accounts may be reviewed or restricted to protect platform safety and payment integrity.
