DropLove tips are intended as voluntary support for DJs. Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate charges, incorrect recipient issues, suspected fraud, technical errors, or other support concerns.

How to request help

Contact DropLove Support with the approximate date, amount, DJ profile, and account email or phone number. Do not send full card numbers.

Disputes

Payment disputes may be handled through Stripe and the card network. DropLove may request additional information to investigate a charge.
